Profile: Sandra P. Greenblatt, MBA/HA, J.D.

Board certified as an expert in Health Law since 1995, Sandra P. Greenblatt, Esq., holds the “AV” highest rating for quality and ethics in the practice of law from Martindale-Hubbell and was named one of the “Top Lawyers in South Florida,” 2000-2011, a “Florida Super Lawyer,” 2006-2011 and a member of the “Legal Elite,” 2005-2011. Ms. Greenblatt represents physicians, physician groups, pharmacies, MSOs, TPAs, HMOs and other health care professionals, entrepreneurs and companies in their contracts, business transactions and compliance concerns in the highly regulated health care industry. She is a sought after speaker on health law topics. She also is a mediator/arbitrator for the American Health Lawyers’ Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Service to bring her expertise to the resolution of health care disputes as an alternative to litigation. She serves as a member of the Executive Council of The FL Bar Health Law Section and is a member of the American Health Lawyers’ Association.
