Bayada Nurses Opens Home Care Office in Boca Raton

Bayada Nurses, a national home health care provider, has opened a new home care office in Boca Raton. The office is accredited by the Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP) and is managed by Director Michael Davis, FACHE. The office provides skilled nursing, personal care, and support services to adults in Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee, Palm Beach, and St. Lucie. The office is located at 2255 Glades Road, Suite 324A in Boca Raton.

“For nearly three decades, Bayada has served the residents of the Tampa/ St. Petersburg area on Florida’s west coast. As more and more older adults choose to live their golden years in south Florida, it was natural for Bayada to open an office here,” said Davis. “It is our goal to help people live their very best life, in the comfort and safety of their own homes. We expect to provide the very best home health care services, delivered with our core values of compassion, excellence, and reliability.”

Bayada Nurses provides registered and licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, and home health aides to adults who have in-home needs ranging from high- tech skilled care to homemaker and companionship services. Our trained and skilled nurses care for adults requiring catastrophic nursing, such as those who have sustained serious injuries in a motor vehicle or work- related accident. Nursing is also available for those with chronic and degenerative conditions, such as ALS, multiple sclerosis, and Alzheimer’s disease. Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and all services are supervised by a registered nurse. A nurse on-call manager is available during night and weekend hours.

Clinical Manager, Victoria Tavares, RN, BSN, will be working along side Davis. “I am excited to be part of the new Bayada Palm Beach adult office,” she said. “My goal is for our office to become the home care provider of choice.”

Tavares, who has a background and passion for care management, seeks to link community resources with the populations that need them.
