A career in nursing continues to be one of today’s most promising careers paths. A newly graduated nurse is in high demand and has the ability to branch out into numerous specialties, such as pediatrics, maternity, psychiatry, oncology, case management or primary care. But with all of the available opportunities within the nursing field, there’s an ongoing trend of new nurses moving away from the bedside.

A Pompano Beach, Florida, native and 2011 Pompano Beach High School graduate is serving in the U.S. Navy with U.S. Naval Hospital Yokosuka (USNH Yokosuka).

A life insurance policy is a legal agreement between the insurance company and the owner of the policy. Very often it has provisions and options that must be managed. If not the owner of the policy can lose valuable rights given to them.

You may believe your medical practice is profitable, but how do you really know? Even if you know how much money you’re making, you likely don’t know how much you’re leaving on the table.

Most providers spend the majority of their time focusing on the clinical side of the practice. However, paying attention to the business side is critical to ensuring a healthy, profitable practice.

Alimony is financial support given from one spouse to another. Financial support could be money paid from one spouse to the other or in-kind payments made by one spouse to another, such as direct payment of the mortgage each month. There are several types of alimony in Florida: temporary, bridge-the-gap, rehabilitative, durational, permanent periodic, and lump sum.

Everybody has their preferences and I am no different. When it comes to air travel, I live equal distance between the Miami and Fort Lauderdale airports. FLL is my preference. Smaller and easier for me to get in and out of.
