DESCRIPTION:WHO: FoundCare \nWHAT: The team at FoundCare is returning with its back-to-school health fair \n\nKicking off National Health Center Week\, parents or guardians can register their children on site between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. or can pre-register online.\nFrom 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.\, school-aged children can receive hearing and vision screenings\, school physicals\, vaccines and a backpack filled with school supplies.\nFoundCare’s pediatric specialists and support team are ready to serve young patients in English\, Spanish\, Creole and French.\n\nWHERE: FoundCare – 2330 South Congress Ave\, Palm Springs\, 33406 \nWHEN: Saturday\, August 6\, 2022\, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Registration closes at noon. \nHOW MUCH: Free \nWHY: Every child deserves a healthy start to the new school year. It’s one of FoundCare’s goals to give children and families the best shot at a healthy and successful year without financial strain. FoundCare accepts most insurance plans\, Medicaid\, Medicare and self-pay on a sliding fee scale based on household size and income. \nMORE INFORMATION: To pre-register\, please visit foundcare.org/Back2School.
