A Healthcare Law Firm That Empowers Clients?

The Florida Healthcare Law Firm (The Law Offices of Jeff Cohen, P.A.) is proud to introduce a new way of providing legal services to healthcare clients. The Florida Healthcare Law Firm is motivated by a desire to empower healthcare professionals and business people to achieve their dreams and ambitions and to provide a level of competency, transparency, value, and respect that is unique among law firms. The Florida Healthcare Law Firm will impress you their values and philosophies.

Founder Jeff Cohen, a board certified healthcare lawyer who has been practicing for over 20 years, says that he desired to create an atmosphere in which "clients" were treated more as friends or family than as a source of accumulating wealth. He envisioned a unique type of law firm consisting of top-notch attorneys who have a strong ethical and spiritual foundation and who understand the privilege of practicing law. Joining Mr. Cohen in his new practice are David S. Morganstein, Esq., a Duke Law School graduate who has substantial experience in working on complex legal issues in the corporate healthcare arena and Michele A. Allen, J.D., a graduate of St. Thomas University Law School who has over 20 years experience working for providers on denied claims management. Andrea Lisi, a paralegal with 12 years of experience, Laura Di Bello, the Practice Manager, and Robin A. Standlee, CPA, CFP of C-Level Consultants, LLC round out a truly outstanding team.

The Law Firm will operate in state-of-the-art facilities in Delray Beach. The new office is conveniently located close to downtown Delray Beach in the Gulfstream Bank building near Linton and US-1, with easy access from 1-95. The firm's areas of practice include the following:
