Broward Health Welcomes New Leaders

Broward Health Imperial Point has announced Joseph Paul, CGMA, AICPA, as its new Chief Financial Officer and Christina Grove, MBA, MHA, as Broward Health's new Executive Director of Physician Practices and Urgent Care. Romaine Layne, who most recently served as CFO at Broward Health Imperial Point has been promoted to the position of CFO for the Ambulatory Services Division of Broward Health. 

A certified chartered global management accountant, Paul has more than 20 years of hospital financial leadership experience with nationally recognized healthcare organizations. Prior to joining Broward Health Imperial Point, Paul served as CFO, CSO (Chief Staffing Officer) and Compliance Officer for Wellington Regional Medical Center in Wellington, Florida. Previously he spent 11 years serving in financial positions in HCA hospitals throughout Florida.
 Paul graduated from Muhlenberg College in Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Economics before completing post graduate work at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
A skilled healthcare executive with 20 years of leadership experience in physician practice, hospital-based and other physician related settings, Grove most recently served as market operations director for Tenet Physician Resources.
Grove earned her master's degree in health care administration and her master's degree in business administration from Columbia Southern University. She also earned her bachelors' degree in organizational management from Palm Beach Atlantic University, as well as her practical nursing degree from Middlesex School of Nursing.
