Lynn Cancer Institute Director of Oncology Support Services Receives National American Cancer Society Honor

Darci McNally, MSW, LCSW, OSW-C, Director of Oncology Support Services and Community Outreach at Boca Raton Regional Hospital’s Eugene M. & Christine E. Lynn Cancer Institute, has received the Lane W. Adams Quality of Life Award from the American Cancer Society.

McNally was recognized and rewarded for her leadership in providing care and support to patients at the Lynn Cancer Institute through support groups and one-on-one therapy.
In addition to her direct clinical interactions with patients and loved ones, McNally has spearheaded the creation of a number of signature events and programs designed to address the myriad needs of those battling cancer. Most notably, she developed the League of Ribbons at the Institute, which offers a host of different initiatives such as providing gift cards for groceries and gas, health and wellness programs for patients and the community –at –large and guided imagery, yoga, and massage therapy for patients in treatment. Concurrently, she developed the Run for the Ribbons, a highly successful 5K and one-mile Run/Walk that helps to fund the League’s offerings.
