Video Virtual Visit On Demand Now Available

June 29 2020 - At Holy Cross Hospital, your health and safety remain our top priority. We are here to serve you and to help you get the quality care you need.

As you may know, we are now open, safe and ready to see you in our offices. But did you know that we now have Virtual Visit On Demand for minor medical problems or illnesses like sinus infections, rashes, urinary tract infections (UTIs), pink eye, yeast infections, and more? It provides secure (HIPAA compliant), trusted care from the comfort of your own home within an hour. Just answer a few simple questions and a provider will send you a treatment plan, usually within an hour.

You can choose to see a provider via an online interview (no video or voice—just typing) OR through a video call – it's your choice. You can access it by phone, tablet or desktop computer at https://holycross.zipnosis.com/

How does it work?

Start Virtual Visit
Create an account
Complete a short online interview
Choose between an online (just typing, no video) or video visit
Our team will review your information and send you a treatment plan
What does it cost?

It costs about the same as an in-person appointment: $25 for the online interview or $50 for a video visit.
