The South Florida Chapter of HIMSS is pleased to announce a new scholarship for a student of healthcare information and management systems field. The scholarship will be awarded to a student member of the South Florida Chapter who exhibits academic excellence and future leadership potential in the healthcare information and management systems industry. Student members of the South Florida Chapter are all encouraged to apply for the scholarship. The deadline for applications is October 31, 2010.
