HospiceCare of Southeast Florida, Inc. established a planned giving program to help ensure the future of those you love. “Planned giving is beneficial in many different ways”, states Paul Keefe, Planned Giving Officer of HospiceCare. “The tax law and issues involving transfer of assets is ever changing and our goal is to ensure that your assets are properly passed along to your heirs and those that you chose. These tools are not just designed for the very wealthy,” states Paul, “but for working class families who have secured property and assets through a lifetime of work and savings.”

Paul works to represent our contributors and donors as well as working with the professional community such as trust attorneys, trust officers, financial planners and other not-for-profit organizations. He is also responsible for putting together programs for our community designed to be of value by drawing on the talent and expertise of these financial experts.

“We have had the good fortune to work with other not-for-profit organizations and it is our goal to expand and improve those programs in the coming years. We also look forward to expanding our relationships in Dade and Monroe counties to better serve those areas in 2008,” stated Paul.

Paul has worked with HospiceCare since 2004, previously working in the medical industry and as an entrepreneur who developed and expanded a business in the South Florida area. He was always impressed with HospiceCare and their commitment to provide quality care for their patients and families’.
