Broward Health Medical Center Unveils Maternity Place

Broward Health Medical Center officially unveiled Maternity Place, which includes 36 private maternity suites and three deluxe Empress Suites. All suites are equipped with luxurious shower facilities, plus a full-size bed with pillow-top mattress for dad or partner.

 

Maternity Place is located on the third and fourth floors of the hospital. The newly renovated unit includes rooms that mirror five-star hotels with flat screen televisions and WiFi access. Spa services are offered so new mothers and their families can feel pampered and comfortable.

 

Maternity Place also features private labor, delivery and recovery suites, neonatologists, perinatologists and obstetric anesthesiologists available during all shifts, as well as neonatal eye, hearing and congenital heart disease screenings for newborns.
