Erin Sheehan, R.N., B.S., has joined Lower Keys Medical Center as their Behavioral Health Unit Manager. Sheehan comes to LKMC from the Monroe County Corrections Center where she was the Mental Health Liaison Registered Nurse for Armor Correctional Health.
Sheehan holds a Bachelor of Science in Science degree from the University of New Orleans, Registered Nurse degree from Bunker Hill in Boston, MA and she is currently studying for her Master of Science in Nursing in Clinical Nurse Leadership from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, MA. She brings over 10 years of leadership experience to LKMC.
Renee Lafferman, M.S., RD, LD, has joined LKMC as their new Registered Dietitian. She comes to Key West from Frederick, MD where she was employed as a Dietitian at Frederick Memorial Healthcare System.
Lafferman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from the University of Maryland in Baltimore, MD and a Master of Science degree in Nutrition Education from Hood College in Frederick, MD. She brings over 25 years of experience in nutrition education to LKMC.
