Cleveland Clinic Florida has been designated a Center of Excellence by the Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Association (HCMA), making it only the second organization in Florida to earn this designation.

Centers of Excellence are evaluated based on expertise, volume of care, quality of research, patient communication and responsiveness, facilities and patient and medical education.
Cleveland Clinic Florida’s Robert and Suzanne Tomsich Department of Cardiology offers patients advanced diagnosis, innovative treatments and comprehensive management of cardiovascular diseases, including HCM. It works in conjunction with Cleveland Clinic’s Sydell and Arnold Miller Family Heart & Vascular Institute in Ohio, the largest cardiovascular practice in the United States.
