Kenisha HannahKenisha Hannah works as a case manager at St. Mary’s Medical Center. In her role, Hannah help coordinate safe and appropriate discharge plans for the patients who are being treated at the hospital. She also acts as a liaison to families as well as collaborating care with clinicians and healthcare agencies. Prior to her role at St. Mary’s, Hannah worked as an in home care manager. She provided direct care to clients and their family once they were discharged from the hospital. Hannah has over 15 years of experience working in the nursing profession. She received her Associates of Science in Nursing from Palm Beach Community College, and then earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University.
