University Hospital and Medical Center Appoints Frank Pallavicini, Vice President of Behavioral Services

University Hospital and Medical Center recently announced that Frank Pallavicini has been named Vice President of Behavioral Services.

Pallavicini comes from Jackson North Community Mental Health Center in Miami. He received his Master’s of Science in Education in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Miami in 1989.
