Broward Health North Broward Medical Center has appointed Cheryl Tombo Director of its Neurological Institute.

Tombo, a Certified Neuroscience Registered Nurse, has spent the past 30 years working and teaching in the areas of neurological and neurosurgical nursing. Prior to joining North Broward Medical Center, she was the Stroke Program Coordinator at Holy Cross Hospital and worked as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in a private neurology practice in Ohio before moving to Florida.
