September 12, 2023 – Jerad Hanlon is appointed to the position of chief executive officer of West Boca Medical Center, effective October 9. Hanlon has a track record for leading hospital operations, elevating service excellence for patient care and expanding access to high quality, specialty services.

Hanlon is familiar with West Boca and recognizes the important role the medical center has serving its greater community. He is a proven healthcare leader with strong management and relationship building skills. Hanlon has experience partnering with physicians to develop and grow clinical programs. He cares deeply about our staff, patients and understands our community.
These attributes will enable him to lead the continued elevation and expansion of services at this medical center. This will build upon the positive momentum that our high performing team at West Boca Medical Center has continued to support.
Hanlon is a graduate of James Madison University, earning his Bachelor of Science in Health Administration. He went on to earn his Master of Health Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.
