Tamarac, Fla, October 5, 2023 – HCA Florida Woodmont Hospital has named Brad Lain as its Chief Financial Officer effective October 16.
Lain spent the last year serving as Assistant Chief Financial Officer for HCA Florida Ocala Hospital and HCA Florida West Marion Hospital providing financial leadership for two hospital campuses, three freestanding emergency departments, an imaging center, and both GME and Trauma programs.
As Assistant Chief Financial Officer, Lain successfully secured and developed funding for two additional free-standing ERs and was a key player in the development of a third acute care campus.
Prior to serving as Assistant Chief Financial Officer for the HCA Florida Ocala-based hospital system, Lain served as Controller for both Ocala and West Marion Hospitals and Oviedo Medical Center. His healthcare financial experience spans 15 years.
Lain earned a bachelor’s in accounting from Hodges University and a master’s in accounting from Florida Atlantic University.
