MARCH 27, 2024 – Broward Health would like to thank Jeffrey S. Dennis, M.D., a board certified cardiologist for his 44 years of service to the healthcare system.
Dr. Dennis moved to South Florida after finishing his fellowship in cardiology at Emory University in 1980. He joined a cardiology group comprised of two other cardiologists that covered Broward Health Medical Center, Broward Health Imperial Point and Broward Health North. Together they brought the latest cardiology care to our community.
Dr. Dennis helped to open the catheterization lab in 1985 at Broward Health North. A pillar in the physician community, Dr. Dennis joined the Broward Health Physician Group in 2010 and held various leadership roles while on staff at Broward Health North.
We wish Dr. Dennis good luck in retirement and spending time fishing, boating and enjoying his eight grandkids.
