Numerous events across Florida will support community partners, local organizations with hands-on service
NASHVILLE, TN, April 8, 2024 — HCA Florida Healthcare, the state’s leading network of hospitals and healthcare facilities, will host its third annual statewide We Show Up for Our Communities days of service April 15-26. Physicians and colleagues will donate time and resources to community partners who share a vision to positively impact the lives of residents and visitors across the Sunshine State.
“At HCA Florida Healthcare, we strive to not only provide the quality healthcare our patients deserve, but to also help address needs in the communities where our colleagues live and work,” said Joe Flynn, AVP of community engagement for HCA Healthcare and president of the HCA Healthcare Hope Fund. “When we see a need in our community, we step forward. We show up when it matters most. We Show Up for Our Communities is just one of many ways our organization demonstrates this commitment to the places we call home. We are fortunate to have partners who share our vision for positively impacting the lives of others and we look forward to working alongside them throughout April to impact the Florida communities we serve.”
