BOCA RATON, Fla. – September 3, 2024 –Luisa Brito, MD, joins the Palm Beach Health Network Physician Group. She is on the medical staff at West Boca Medical Center in Boca Raton.
Dr. Brito specializes internal medicine, treating the following conditions: hypertension (high blood pressure), hyperlipidemia (high cholesterol), chronic kidney disease, congestive heart failure, osteoarthritis, asthma/chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), diabetes mellitus, thyroid disorders (hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism), and osteoporosis. She also provides preventive medical care, including routine health screenings and vaccinations.
She earned her medical degree at Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra in Santiago, Dominican Republic, where she graduated magna cum laude. She completed her residency in internal medicine at St. Barnabas Hospital in New York.
Dr. Brito, who has been practicing since 2018, is fluent in both English and Spanish.
