Together we will discover how thoughts are creating our reality and learn tools you can use to incorporate mindfulness into your daily routine and improve your quality of life. Please wear comfortable clothing that will allow for gentle movement and brief meditation practices.

Dancing For Birth™
Dancing For Birth Classes are for women in any stage of pregnancy and for postpartum women wearing their babies in soft slings or wraps. These 90-minute classes fuse dance fitness with childbirth and postpartum education.
Discover ways to move instinctively, use gravity, and encourage babies to more easily navigate the pelvis, as we rock to the rhythm of world beats. No dance experience necessary!
Cost is $20 per class.
Jupiter Medical Center is committed to providing exceptional educational classes for our community. When one class registrant cancels without advanced notice, another person may be prevented from the chance to attend that class.
Please contact us at 561-263-2676 or email OBED@jupitermed.com a minimum of 5 business days prior to your scheduled class to notify us of any needed class changes or cancellations. If the change or cancellation are made within five or more business days’ notice, we will offer a refund, or the class fee can be used towards a future class.
