March 25, 2025 – Tampa General Hospital hosted an East Coast Community Event on Wednesday, March 12, at the Raymond F. Kravis Performing Arts Center in West Palm Beach with John Couris, Tampa General’s president and CEO. The event brought together leaders in health care and innovation for an evening of connection, conversation, and cutting-edge technology.
Guests explored Tampa General’s high-tech advancements like Hospital at Home, the Tampa Medical and Research District, and the Symani Surgical System. During the event, John Couris shared his vision for the future, including the academic health system’s continued expansion into Palm Beach County, and its growing partnership with Mass General Brigham to bring nationally recognized cancer care to the area.
The evening also featured in-depth discussions with Tampa General physicians, highlighting groundbreaking projects currently underway at the academic health system.
