July 15, 2025 — FoundCare, Inc., a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is excited to announce the return of its annual Back-to-School Health Fair on Saturday, July 26, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM at its Palm Springs location, 2330 S. Congress Avenue, Palm Springs, FL 33406.
This year’s theme, “Treasure Your Health”, invites families across Palm Beach County to embark on a festive, pirate-inspired journey of wellness. The event is designed to provide local children and families with the tools they need to kick off the new school year healthy, confident, and prepared.
The health fair will offer a variety of free services including:
- School physicals
- Immunizations
- Vision screenings
- Backpacks and school supplies (while supplies last) In addition to essential health services, attendees will enjoy:
- Access to community resource providers
- Family-friendly entertainment
- Giveaways and educational materials
- The opportunity to meet with local health professionals in a welcoming and supportive environment
Last year’s event supported 269 students, and FoundCare aims to make an even greater impact in 2025 with an expected distribution of 1,000 backpacks and school supply kits.
