Family Medicine North Naples provides primary care services, including pediatric care and women’s health offerings
Dec. 3, 2025 — Lee Health is proud to announce a major milestone in its continued growth across Southwest Florida: the acquisition of Prime MD Naples, now the first Lee Health primary care clinic in Collier County. The new Family Medicine North Naples location, opening Dec. 3, marks Lee Health’s debut in Collier County and expands access to high-quality, community-focused care closer to where residents live and work. This expansion reflects the momentum Lee Health has embraced since becoming a community-focused nonprofit, creating more opportunities to connect families with the care they need, right in their own neighborhoods.
Family Medicine North Naples, located at 2515 Northbrooke Plaza Dr., Ste. 200, in Naples, will offer comprehensive primary care services for adults and children, including family medicine, pediatrics, women’s health, adult and geriatric medicine, preventive care, and support for parents making informed healthcare decisions.
The location will care for patients at every stage of life, focusing on prevention and whole-person health through medical, social, and behavioral understanding. The clinic’s experienced physicians are equipped to manage a wide range of health needs and can seamlessly refer patients to trusted Lee Health specialists throughout Naples and the greater Southwest Florida region when advanced or specialized care is needed.
The clinic will also support women’s health by offering preventive care, such as annual exams, pap smears, wellness screenings, hormonal therapy for premenopausal and menopausal care, early pregnancy support, and overall women’s health for all ages.
The space features ten exam rooms and one procedure room. The clinic will initially be staffed with an Advanced Practice Provider and two physicians, with plans to add a third. Bilingual staff will also be available for Spanish-speaking patients.
“The new Family Medicine North Naples practice will serve the residents and visitors of Collier County and South Lee County, helping families stay healthy and make informed decisions about their well-being,” said Chief Administrative Officer for Lee Physician Group Kris Fay. “We are dedicated to being a trusted healthcare hub for our community, supporting patients at every step of their health journey. This new clinic will be a valuable resource for Naples and the surrounding area, enhancing access to quality care for every member of the family.”
