Cleveland Clinic Tradition Hospital is pleased to welcome Bruno Lazaro, M.D., a neurosurgeon with advanced fellowship training and a strong focus on complex and minimally invasive spine care. Dr. Lazaro is board certified in neurosurgery and brings extensive international training and clinical expertise to the Treasure Coast community.
Dr. Lazaro completed his residency in neurological surgery at Hospital de Força Aérea do Galeão (Brazilian Air Force Hospital) in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Rio de Janeiro. Following residency, he pursued multiple highly specialized fellowships to further refine his skills across the full spectrum of spinal and neurosurgical care. His postgraduate training includes a neurotrauma fellowship at SBH Health System in the Bronx, NY; an advanced pediatric deformity surgery fellowship at Columbia University in New York; a spine and adult spinal deformity surgery fellowship at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville; and a complex spinal surgery fellowship at Western University in London, Ontario, Canada.
