Sept. 3, 2026 – Lee Health Foundation has welcomed Kim Snarr as director of grants, bringing nearly a decade of experience in grant strategy, revenue growth, compliance management, and cross-functional leadership within the nonprofit sector.
In her role, Snarr will provide strategic leadership for the Foundation’s comprehensive grants program, overseeing grant research, proposal development, compliance, and reporting efforts that support Lee Health’s mission to provide exceptional healthcare throughout Southwest Florida. She will work closely with clinical, finance, and development teams to secure funding from foundation, corporate and government sources while strengthening relationships with current and prospective funding partners.
Snarr joins Lee Health Foundation from the Center for Prevention of Abuse where she served as director of grants administration. Prior to her leadership role, Snarr served as grants development and research specialist for the organization, where she successfully wrote and managed proposals for federal, state, corporate and foundation grants while helping expand private-sector funding opportunities.
Snarr holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Illinois and has extensive experience in institutional grant strategy, federal and state grant compliance, proposal development, and executive collaboration.
