Oct. 13, 2026)– Panda Express has reaffirmed its commitment to Southwest Florida children and families with a pledge to raise more than $391,000 for Lee Health Golisano Children’s through Children’s Miracle Network by 2030.

The commitment was celebrated during a special Panda Cares® event at Golisano Children’s Hospital, where patients and families enjoyed gifts, books, activities, and a visit from Pei Pei the Panda. The celebration also included the presentation of a new Center of Hope gaming cart designed to provide comfort, entertainment, and moments of joy for children receiving care.

Since 2020, Panda Express and its guests have contributed more than $91,000 toward the pledge through Children’s Miracle Network fundraising campaigns, supporting programs, services and resources that enhance the patient experience at Golisano Children’s.

“Every dollar raised through Children’s Miracle Network helps us provide exceptional care for children and families throughout Southwest Florida,” said Toni Primeaux, Children’s Miracle Network program director for Lee Health Foundation. “Panda Express has been an incredible partner, not only through its fundraising efforts, but through its dedication to creating meaningful moments for our patients.”

Funds raised through Children’s Miracle Network stay local, helping Golisano Children’s invest in innovative technology, specialized equipment, child life programming, and other resources that support the unique needs of pediatric patients and their families.

The newly donated Center of Hope gaming cart is one example of the impact these funds can have. The mobile gaming system will offer children opportunities for play and connection during hospitalization, helping reduce stress and bring a sense of normalcy during treatment and recovery.
