Memorial Healthcare System has named Madison Workman, FACHE, chief executive officer of Memorial Hospital Pembroke, where he will oversee hospital operations and continued growth centered on patient care. Workman has a proven track record of building high-performing teams, elevating patient experience and driving clinical growth and organizational performance.
Workman most recently served as chief operating officer of Broward Health North, a 409-bed Level II trauma hospital, where he oversaw approximately 800 employees across clinical and support services. His responsibilities expanded to include Broward Health’s systemwide Safety and Security program and leadership of its COO Council. During his tenure, he helped lead more than $100 million in construction and capital investment while advancing initiatives focused on hospital operations, patient throughput, quality and expansion.
