November 6, 2026  – Clinics Can Help’s 13th Annual Lucky 13 Golf Classic teed off with a winning combination of community spirit and generosity, raising more than $60,000 to support the nonprofit’s mission of ensuring children and adults throughout South Florida have access to essential medical equipment and supplies.

Held Friday, October 16, at the prestigious BallenIsles Country Club East Course in Palm Beach Gardens, the signature fundraising tournament welcomed business leaders, philanthropists and golf enthusiasts for a day of friendly competition in support of medical equity. Chaired by CBS 12’s Matt Lincoln, this year’s Lucky 13 tournament featured a scramble-format competition, on-course contests, a silent auction and a celebratory awards luncheon.

“Every dollar raised makes a difference in the life of someone who needs access to medical equipment but may not have the resources to obtain it,” said Matt Lincoln, event chair. “It was wonderful to see so many members of our community come together for a great day of golf and an even greater cause. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who participated, sponsored and supported this year’s tournament.”

Proceeds from the event will directly benefit Clinics Can Help’s programs, including the Kinder Project, which provides children and adults with essential medical equipment such as wheelchairs, walkers, hospital beds, pediatric equipment and other necessities that improve mobility, independence and quality of life.

Returning as presenting sponsor was Gil Martinez Agency – State Farm. “Events like the Lucky 13 Golf Classic demonstrate the incredible impact our community can make when we come together around a shared purpose,” said Owen O’Neill, CEO of Clinics Can Help. “The more than $60,000 raised will help us continue providing critical medical equipment and supplies to individuals and families who need them, regardless of their financial circumstances. We are thankful to our sponsors, golfers and supporters for helping us make medical equity a reality for more South Florida residents.”
