Colleen Conway-Welch, PhD, CNM, RN, FAAN, FACN, Dean of the Vanderbilt University School of Nursing, has agreed to address attendees at the Nursing Consortium of South Florida’s next educational conference on Friday, September 21, 2012 at the Signature Grand in Davie. Best Practices to Support the Development of our Future Nurse Leaders: Who, What, Where & How? will be a day-long program of presentations on current best practices in leadership development in both academic and clinical settings, and will address succession planning and effective mentoring.
