Ana Cecilia Belzarena, M.D., a fellowship-trained oncology orthopedic surgeon and pediatric orthopedic surgeon, is bringing her talents to Miami Cancer Institute and to Miami Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Institute.
Dr. Belzarena earned her medical degree at the University of the Republic, College of Medicine in Montevideo, Uruguay and completed a residency in orthopedic surgery at Santa Casa of Sao Paulo Hospital in Sao Paulo, Brazil. She then completed two orthopedic oncology fellowships at the following highly respected institutions: Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, NY and Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, FL, as well as a pediatric orthopedic surgery fellowship at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York.
