Anurag Agarwal, M.D., double board-certified in radiation oncology and internal medicine, recently joined The Eugene M. & Christine E. Lynn Cancer Institute, part of Baptist Health South Florida, at Boca Raton Regional Hospital.

Prior to joining Baptist Health, Dr. Agarwal was in private practice, and medical director of radiation oncology at Broward Health, where he implemented the county’s first CyberKnife program. He currently serves as an affiliate assistant professor at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and Florida Atlantic University Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine.

Dr. Agarwal earned his medical degree from the George Washington University School of Medicine. He completed an internal medicine residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center and a radiation oncology residency at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He also completed a proton beam therapy fellowship at Harvard Medical School’s Mass General Hospital.
