Spatially Health’s Equity EqualizerTM is set to incorporate with Asaar Medical, leveraging advanced technology to pinpoint social determinants of health obstacles that propel health equity strategies and protocols

Hillit Meidar-Alfi, Ph.D. CEO of Spatially Health

Spatially Health will assist Asaar with identifying and addressing health equity barriers affecting Asaar’s patient population, through the use of its Equity EqualizerTM technology which will be utilized to detect patient-specific health equity impediments and present customized intervention suggestions, ultimately fostering patient involvement and optimizing medical management initiatives.

Asaar Medical’s current workflow will integrate with Spatially Health’s cutting-edge tech platform. The sophisticated geospatial and analytics models of Spatially Health’s Equity Equalizer solution will perform a comprehensive evaluation of each patient’s social determinants of health (SDoH) and suggest individualized interventions to overcome their unique barriers. The platform dynamically adapts with every new patient dataset, ensuring accurate and sustainable recommendations for improved patient health outcomes. Furthermore, it prioritizes patients by their level of vulnerability, allowing Asaar Medical to address the needs of the most susceptible population first.

“Asaar Medical is very excited to begin working with Spatially Health. We are confident that Spatially’s innovative approach to improving patient outcomes using their new standard of health data will aim to improve health equity and identify health disparities among our current and future patient population,” said Anjan Patel, CEO of Asaar Medical.

“As we embark on this exciting partnership, we showcase the transformative power of our platforms to uplift progressive risk-bearing organizations and drive forward the cause of health equity. Our collaboration Asaar Medical, an up-and-coming ACO REACH organization will enable them to better identify health equity barriers and channel resources toward patients most in need of care. This, in turn, will help Asaar to enhance health equity for its population by utilizing limited resources efficiently, said Hillit Meidar-Alfi, co-founder, and CEO at Spatially Health. “This partnership is a significant step for Spatially, in bridging the health equity gap and improving the quality of care along the way.

We are fully committed to advancing Health Equity through strategic alliances with risk-based organizations focused on improving the quality of health outcomes for vulnerable populations. Together with Asaar, we will leverage data-driven solutions to target interventions that are effective, efficient, and have a measurable impact. This partnership is a reflection of our unwavering commitment to our shared mission of improving health outcomes and creating a more equitable healthcare system.”

Asaar Medical joins the Spatially Health roster of organizations already using the Equity EqualizerTM platform, earlier this year, Spatially welcomed ACO Health Partners, in Jacksonville, Florida, to the Spatially family. The platform has undergone significant enhancements, now equipped to measure the cost implications of health barriers, meet CMS compliance standards, and offer advanced tools to mitigate risks and improve quality in the context of SDOH health barriers. Spatially Health will continue to work hand in hand with its partners to introduce these capabilities gradually and ensure that they are fully leveraged to achieve the shared goal of advancing health equity.
