New Chief of Endocrinology and Chief Delivery Officer represent top talent from healthcare leaders like Johns Hopkins, Kaiser Permanente, Vivante Health, and Narus Health

October 24, 2022 – Assure Health, the leading provider of virtual care and remote monitoring programs for patients with chronic conditions, announced today that the company has expanded its executive team by hiring a new Chief of Endocrinology and Chief Delivery Officer. The new talent acquisitions come as Assure Health continues a period of rapid growth, including more than doubling the company’s overall employee count in the last six months.

Assure Health’s new Chief of Endocrinology and Medical Director of Diabetes Programs is Dr. Jaye Noel, MD. Dr. Noel was previously the Director of Endocrinology for Johns Hopkins Medicine at Sibley Memorial Hospital and former Chief of Endocrinology for Kaiser Permanente Mid-Atlantic. Before joining Assure Health, Dr. Noel was in practice as an endocrinologist for more than 15 years and has been consistently voted a top doctor, with high care delivery quality and patient satisfaction scores. Dr. Noel has extensive experience in leading multidisciplinary teams, particularly in the value-based care delivery model, and has a proven track record in increasing patient experience quality, service, and access. At Assure Health, Dr. Noel will oversee development and implementation of comprehensive diabetes management programs, which will include virtual care and remote monitoring, plus end-to-end condition management through prescribing, titrating, and ordering laboratory tests or medical equipment.

Assure Health’s new Chief Delivery Officer is Andrew Loving. Mr. Loving was previously the CEO of Utilize Health and the COO of Vivante Health and Narus

Health, all based in Nashville. Mr. Loving has more than two decades of experience as a healthcare executive for companies ranging from seed-stage to Fortune 100-listed.

He is an expert in scaling digital health companies, implementing value- and

risk-based care management solutions, and improving health system and provider group partners’ patient and provider experiences through technology-enabled care. Mr. Loving will advance Assure Health’s care management program offerings, optimize risk-adjustment and star rating improvements for partners, and further business development efforts.

“We’re extremely proud of our team’s growth over the last several months – all in pursuit of continuing to deliver relationship-based care that keeps people healthy and improves their independence and quality of life at home,” said Jeffrey Nadel, co-founder and CEO of Assure Health. “Adding Dr. Noel and Mr. Loving to our executive team will only strengthen our ability to deliver quality care to patients, add value to our partners, and position us for continued growth and success.”
