Netonua Reyes serves as Chief Nursing Officer at St. Mary’s Medical Center, where she provides executive leadership for nursing services and helps advance the hospital’s commitment to exceptional patient care, quality, safety, and clinical excellence. She brings more than 25 years of nursing and healthcare leadership experience to the role.

Prior to joining St. Mary’s Medical Center, Reyes served as Chief Nursing Officer at Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center, GW Health, in Washington, D.C., and previously held the dual roles of Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Broward Health Imperial Point in Fort Lauderdale.

Throughout her career, Reyes has successfully led initiatives that improve patient outcomes, strengthen staff engagement, and enhance operational performance. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University. Reyes is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the American Nurses Association.



Jerad Hanlon is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for West Boca Medical Center. Previously, he was the Chief Operating Officer for the Palm Beach Health Network, St. Mary’s Medical Center and Palm Beach Children’s Hospital.

A proven healthcare leader, Hanlon excels in management and relationship building. He has extensive experience partnering with physicians to develop and grow clinical programs. Deeply committed to staff and patient care, he understands the community’s needs and works to meet them.

Prior to joining Tenet Healthcare, he worked as the Chief Operating Officer for the Southside Regional Medical Center in 2011. He would later earn a promotion to become the Chief Administrative Officer for the Virginia Market.

Hanlon graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration and earned his Master of Health Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.



Nicole Jackson, RN, MSN, serves as the Associate Chief Nursing Officer at Delray Medical Center and has been a dedicated member of the organization since 2005. Throughout her tenure, she has held a variety of leadership roles, including Administrative Director of the Emergency Department, Cardiac Telemetry, and Observation Unit.

A proven healthcare leader, Nicole has remained unwavering in her commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and clinical excellence. Nicole actively contributes to several key hospital committees, including the Nursing Leadership Committee and Patient Throughput Committee. Under her leadership, operational expenses have been reduced by at least five percent annually over the past five years, while maintaining high levels of employee and physician satisfaction and delivering strong patient outcomes across the departments she oversees. She also played an instrumental role in the successful launch of both the hospital’s Vertical Emergency Department, level 3 Geriatric Emergency Accreditation and a stand-alone Emergency Department, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and fiscal responsibility.



Ian Levine serves as Director of Clinical Projects at Delray Medical Center, where he helps lead strategic initiatives that enhance patient care, improve operational performance and bring innovative technologies to the community. A registered nurse with an MBA in Healthcare Management, Levine combines more than a decade of clinical and leadership experience spanning emergency nursing, hospital operations and project management. He partners with multidisciplinary teams across the Palm Beach Health Network to implement best practices, streamline workflows and evaluate emerging technologies that improve outcomes for patients and caregivers. Levine has played a key role in earning nationally recognized designations, including Palm Beach County’s first Primary and Comprehensive Resuscitation Center of Excellence and Delray Medical Center’s Surgical Review Corporation Centers of Excellence. Earlier this year, through Delray’s “Connection to Purpose” program, Levine reflected on his passion for expanding access to advanced technologies, including the Galvanize Aliya system, helping patients receive life-changing lung cancer treatment as early as the time of biopsy.



Christina Rasmussen is Chief Operating Officer at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center.

Rasmussen previously served as Associate Administrator at the hospital, and prior to that, Senior Director of Enterprise Operations at Tenet Healthcare, showcasing her leadership in strategic initiatives, contract negotiations, and quality control. She holds a BS in Business Administration, Finance and Management, and an MS in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University, where she is also a guest speaker, mentor, and active alumna.

Over her career, Rasmussen has acquired a wide range of skills, such as managing partnerships with national provider groups, directing strategic initiatives, negotiating hospital-based provider contracts, and providing healthcare advice and quality control.
