June 15 2021 – Five Nicklaus Children’s Hospital specialty programs are again identified among the best in the nation, according to U.S.News & World Report’s 2021-22 “Best Children’s Hospitals” rankings, posted online today. Nicklaus Children’s continues to be the region’s pediatric specialty care leader, with more ranked pediatric programs than any other hospital in South Florida. In addition, this year’s rankings identify Nicklaus Children’s as among the best pediatric hospitals in Florida, as well as in the southeastern region of the U.S.

June 14, 2021 – Deerfield Healthcare Technology Acquisitions Corp. ("DFHT") (NASDAQ: DFHT), a special purpose acquisition company sponsored by an affiliate of Deerfield Management Company, L.P. (“Deerfield”), and Richard Barasch, a veteran healthcare public company executive and investor, announced today that it has closed its business combination with CareMax Medical Group, L.L.C. and IMC Medical Group Holdings LLC (“IMC”), creating a technology-enabled care platform providing value-based care and chronic disease management to seniors. As previously announced, the transaction was approved at a special meeting of DFHT’s stockholders held on June 4, 2021.
