May 19, 2021 – When it comes to dementia caregiving, planning ahead can seem a daunting task. In the hopes of making it easier, on May 25, the Alzheimer’s Association will present “The Proactive Path,” a virtual program to address how to prepare for the future while caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s disease or another dementia.

May 18, 2021 – Tenet Healthcare Corporation (NYSE: THC) today announced a private placement offering of $1.4 billion in aggregate principal amount of newly issued senior secured first lien notes maturing in 2029 (the “notes”).
