Holy Cross Health Launches Monthly Cooking with Cathy Virtual Sessions

Initiative supports the hospital’s Diabetes Prevention Program 
 
April 27, 2021 – As part of a multi-faceted Diabetes Prevention Program, Holy Cross Health is launching a free monthly cooking segment via Zoom. 
 
Cooking with Cathy is hosted by fitness industry veteran Cathy Whitt, community wellness specialist at Holy Cross Health. Whitt is a trained diabetes prevention lifestyle coach who has been teaching students and adults in the Broward County School System. These residents join HCA Healthcare’s GME program as part of its record class of 1,982 incoming residents and fellows.
