Prior to joining Aventura Hospital and Medical Center, Larice served on the executive management team of a long-term care organization serving older and disabled adults throughout Miami-Dade County, FL. She was the Director of Strategic Planning, Innovation and Research. Larice has held progressive leadership roles within the healthcare industry, including Vice President of the local health planning council for Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties.

 

Larice holds a Masters of Public Health degree from the University of Miami Miller School Of Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Florida International University.
