Carmen Atesnak and Jacqueline Hertz have received the recognition they deserve. Both caregivers were awarded the annual Dr. Jean Griswold Award for Excellence in Social Services at a meeting of The Florida Health Care Social Workers Association. Atesnak was nominated and chosen for her outstanding work in the field of Hospital Social Services, and Hertz in recognition of her outstanding work as a Guardian.

A discharge planner at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, she is a dedicated social worker who believes in her personal calling to the core of her soul. Jacqueline Hertz is a registered professional guardian, long time senior advocate and is highly involved with various community groups.
