Cheryl Cottrell, Mariners Hospital vice president and chief nursing officer, recently accepted a Monroe County proclamation declaring Baptist Health South Florida an Outstanding Employer. The proclamation noted several Baptist Health achievements such as earning a place for eight years on the Fortune magazine list of the “100 Best Companies to Work For”. Additionally, the organization was named to the Working Mother Hall of Fame in recognition of being honored 15 times as an outstanding employer for working mothers.
