Faith Solkoff, R.N., has been named assistant vice president for performance improvement and care management at Baptist Hospital in Kendall.

A hospital employee since 2004, Solkoff was most recently director of performance improvement.

Solkoff earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Hunter College in New York, as well as a master’s degree in public administration, health policy and management from New York University in New York. She is a certified professional in healthcare quality and an advanced facilitator in total quality management.
