William Ricard was recently promoted to director of laboratory and clinical services for Baptist Outpatient Services.

Ricard joined Baptist Outpatient Services in 2005 as laboratory manager. He is a certified clinical laboratory scientist, a certified laboratory technologist and a registered nurse. He is licensed in all lab areas, including hematology, microbiology, serology, clinical chemistry and immunohematology.
