Barry Universitys School of Graduate Medical Sciences has announced that the Mercy Hospital/BU SGMS Residency Program has received positive approval for its three-year program in podiatric medicine and surgery by the Joint Residency Review Committee and the Council on Podiatric Medical Education. The residency program was site visited in October 2004 and now has approval until spring 2010.
