February 22, 2025 – HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital hosted a unique educational event for local Boy Scouts (Port St. Lucie’s Troop 422), offering them an up-close look at the groundbreaking world of robotic surgery. The event was designed to provide Scouts with hands-on experience and insight into the advanced technology transforming modern healthcare.
During the event, Scouts had the opportunity to interact with the hospital’s renowned surgeons and witness live demonstrations of robotic surgery tools. This immersive experience allowed them to explore the precision and capabilities of robotic-assisted procedures, learning firsthand how this innovative technology enhances surgical outcomes and improves patient care.

The event also provided an opportunity for Scouts to see how robotic surgery is improving the quality of care at HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital, enhancing both the precision of procedures and the recovery experience for patients.
