The Florida-based law firm of Broad and Cassel continues to add experienced attorneys to its growing Health Law Practice Group. Most recently, Christine Burke Worthen joined the Fort Lauderdale office as Of Counsel in the firm’s statewide Health Law Practice Group to meet the expanding needs of health care providers scrambling to adjust to health care reform.

 

Christine Burke Worthen rejoins the South Florida community from Maine, where she most recently served as Assistant General Counsel to Eastern Maine Healthcare Systems. Christine actually began her career in Boston and has been practicing for more than 15 years. In addition to her general hospital and ACO expertise, she has provided counsel on sophisticated tax issues and ERISA/employee benefit matters.
