Statewide law firm Broad and Cassel announced Heather Miller has been appointed vice chair of the board for TrustBridge Health, the appellation that combines former organizations known as Hospice by the Sea, Hospice of Broward County, Hospice of Palm Beach County, Focus Care Home Health and Harbor Palliative Care.

 
Miller is senior counsel and member of the Health Law Practice Group in Broad and Cassel’s Miami and Boca Raton offices. Here, she acts as general and special counsel to both hospitals and large medical groups. She centers her practice on complex health care transactions on behalf of physicians and hospitals, regarding regulatory compliance and federal and state fraud and abuse issues.
