Heather Miller, senior counsel in the Miami office of statewide law firm Broad and Cassel, has received the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s 40 Under 40 Outstanding Lawyers of South Florida award.

Award recipients were nominated by their peers to receive this award and selected by a committee comprised of well-known local attorneys and community leaders. This year’s 40 Under 40 nominees have demonstrated excellence in the legal field and contributions to the community.

Miller is a member of Broad and Cassel’s Health Law Practice Group. She focuses her practice on complex health care transactions on behalf of physicians and hospitals, regarding regulatory compliance and federal and state fraud and abuse issues. Miller acts as both general and special counsel to both hospitals and large medical groups.
