Broward County Health Department Administrator, David L. Roach, recently announced the appointment of Eva Williams as Chief Deputy Registrar for the Office of Vital Statistics. Williams has over 30 years of service with the Broward County Health Department – 27 of those years are direct service in the office of Vital Statistics.
